TERMS OF USAGE

PROJECT FLP's

FLP projects by OSHEEN are "zip downloads" that are provided along with tutorial videos. These are work of OSHEEN and are mostly given for educational purposes only. Projects can be used in your own track under following conditions :

1. Credits must be given in title/description stating that the original creator is indeed OSHEEN, by providing social media links that should include Youtube, Facebook and Soundcloud.

2. You are allowed to create "remix" of a project. However this prohibits you from uploading/releasing the project under your own name without taking permission from original creator. Also you will have to change the structure and melody of the project

3. Uploading any tutorial video based on original FLP or videos showcasing original FLP needs prior approval from OSHEEN, failing to which may cause a COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT against channel/individual.

4. No part of OSHEEN's logo/branding should be reproduced anywhere in your video/thumbnail/album art/banner without apt permission.

5. You are not allowed to redistribute original FLP, you must NOT include any download links.

MUSIC

All tracks can be used on social media in monetized/non monetized videos under the circumstance that Osheen get credited. Using music on social media without crediting is not tolerated and will unless the matter has been discussed and approved prior, result in said video being reported for copyright infringement. Please adhere to following guidelines:

2. You are allowed to create "remix" of a song and you can upload/release the project under your own name after giving credits to original creator.

4. There are two scenarios when Osheen's music is not free to use : If you want to use my music on social media without the need to credit me and/or If you wish to use my music in films, games, TV programs/commercials

SAMPLE PACKS

1. The presets, samples, and project files in our products are licensed to you, not sold to you. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved.

2. The content can be used for both commercial and non-commercial use. However, it may not be used in the creation of any competitive product, such as a Sample Pack, Sample CD, Sample DVD, Virtual Instrument, Expansion Pack, or any other collection of sound or loop elements in any format.

3. You may not re-sell our products or pass it on to a third party as this license is non-transferable.

4. All presets and samples contained in our products are expressed as "royalty-free" meaning you can use the sounds in a compilation, sell that compilation and not have to pay any royalties or recurring fees to Elation-Sounds or any of its affiliations.

5. With the term "PRESETS", we refer to files that are usually but not limited to the filetype: ".fxp" ".fxb"

6. With the term "SAMPLES", we refer to files that are usually but not limited to the filetype: ".wav" ".mp3" ".flac"

7. With the term "PROJECT FILES", we refer to files that are usually but not limited to the filetype: ".flp"
